EUDR compliance for wood

The EUDR covers wood and wood products including timber, furniture, paper, and printed materials. This builds on the previous EU Timber Regulation (EUTR).

The following wood products and derivatives require EUDR compliance when imported into or exported from the EU:

  • Wood-based panels (plywood, MDF)
  • Furniture containing wood
  • Paper and cardboard
  • Printed books and newspapers
  • Wood charcoal
